SapphireOne supports inbuilt bar coding and scanning functionality, so there is no need to purchase additional bar-coding software.

Stock can be entered by scanning the individual barcodes, or by manual entry. SapphireOne has powerful search capabilities allowing product codes to be searched by partially entering the code, name, description or vendor ID to bring up a matching inventory list. Price and Inventory inquiry by locations is simple and easy to use.

In addition to SapphireOne's standard inbuilt reports we include report writers such as Quick Reports, Super Reports for you to build and save custom designed reports. SapphireOne also has an inbuilt spreadsheet CALC, an inbuilt Writing package WRITE, a drawing package and graphing tool to provide for Sales and Inventory tracking, Customer purchases, top selling product reports, Staff sales and commission reports etc.

SapphireOne's CRM functionality allows you exceed customer expectations. You can report on customer buying patterns and Actions can be alarmed to contact customers when orders arrive into stock.
